Terms of Use
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms apply to the IntraFitness mobile app and this website, both operated by Dallin Davis. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Read this part even if you skip the rest
IntraFitness tells you how much weight to lift. That advice is generated by software from the answers you gave it. It is not medical advice, it is not supervision, and it cannot see your form, your fatigue or your pain.
Lifting weights carries a real risk of injury. You train at your own risk, you are responsible for judging whether a prescribed weight is safe for you on the day, and you should stop if something hurts. Talk to a doctor before starting any training programme, particularly if you have an injury, a medical condition, or have been inactive.
Your account
- You need an account to use the app. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give accurate answers in the assessment. The weights you are prescribed are calculated from them, so a wrong answer produces a wrong and possibly unsafe recommendation.
- One account per person. Do not create accounts for anyone under 13.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings, or through the deletion request page.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service
- Copy, scrape or redistribute the exercise library or app content
- Reverse engineer the app except where the law permits it
- Use the app for anything unlawful
Early software
IntraFitness is early software and under active development. Features will change, break, and occasionally be removed. Data loss is unlikely but possible. If you are relying on your training history, export it from Settings periodically.
What it costs
IntraFitness is currently free and has no in-app purchases. If that changes, you will be told in advance and within the app, and you will not be charged for anything without agreeing to it first.
Ownership
The app, its design, its code and its exercise content belong to IntraFitness and its licensors. Your training data belongs to you — you can export it or delete it whenever you like.
Exercise demonstration media is licensed from a third-party provider and may not be extracted or reused.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the weights it prescribes will suit you on any given day.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, IntraFitness and its operator are not liable for injury, loss or damages arising from your use of the app, including training injuries, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits.
Ending it
You can stop using IntraFitness and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why where we reasonably can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect.
