Delete your account
You can delete your IntraFitness account and everything in it. There are two ways, and the first one is immediate.
In the app
Open IntraFitness and go to Settings, scroll to Delete my account, and confirm. It happens straight away, and nothing is held back.
If you want a copy of your training history first, use Export my data on the same screen before you delete. Once deleted it cannot be recovered.
By request
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email the address below from the address your account uses, with the subject line Delete my account.
Requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually within a few days. You will get a confirmation when it is done.
What gets deleted
Everything the app holds for you:
- Your login and email address
- Your assessment answers, including body weight and any limitations
- Every workout, exercise and set you have logged
- Your progression state for every exercise
- Experience points, badges, and avatar
- Your workout plans and exercise preferences
None of it is archived, anonymised and retained, or kept in a backup beyond the short retention our database provider applies to its own operational backups. There is nothing left to restore from.
What is kept
Crash reports already sent are not linked to your account once it is gone, and are discarded on our crash reporting provider's own schedule. If a legal obligation ever required retaining something, you would be told what and why.
